What have we got for you?
We have a gold AND a silver fitness challenge for you! If you aren’t sure which one is best for you then try the silver and then the gold at a later date 🙂 Each one comprises of 4 Exercises and each challenge is 5 rounds but the rounds get smaller each time…how nice are we?!
So the exercises are as follows:
1: Squat to press up, squat back to press up at ends of your mat
2. T plank (can be done on knees)
3. Crab Kicks (just legs or legs and arms together)
4. Leg Lowers (double T or singles!)

I attempted the GOLD one because I was feeling energetic today and here is living proof that I have felt your pain….!!!
This is just a bit of fun! I might put together a leaderboard if people let me know their times. Feel free to challenge your partner or your friends too…make a note of your own time and YOU try to beat that next time 🙂
