One of the many things I love about yoga is how scaleable it is. You can do both very challenging sequences and totally relaxing sequences just depending what you need on any given day. Those of you that know me though know that my yoga classes tend to be challenging and it is these “yoga-fit” classes that yield the best results for body change. I then use slower more relaxing sessions to keep stress hormones down keeping you grounded so that you can make great nutritional and lifestyle choices.
