Beginner's Yoga Course from Free Spirit Fitness

Weeks 1-4

Week 1 - Learn the poses! Mountain Pose, Downward Dog & Warrior Pose

Week 1 we start with the basics, poses that form the very core of a yoga class.

We show you how to do the poses safely in the correct form.  The poses are followed by a short sequence you can practice before we move on to week 2, which can be found below..

There is a link at the bottom of the page to some longer Yoga classes if you are feeling confident.

Week 1 - Beginner Yoga Flow Class (25 Mins)

Video one takes us through the finer details of the first set of Yoga poses, this Vinyasa Flow puts the poses into action in this 25 minute Yoga video.

Week 2 - Learn the poses! Extend your Side Angle, Cat Cow & Triangle

Week 2 we continue with more poses that form the core basics of a yoga class.

We show you how to do the poses safely in the correct form.  The poses are followed by a short sequence you can practice before we move on to week 3, which can be found below..

Week 2 - Beginner Yoga Flow Class (25 Mins)

Week 4 we complete our course with our final poses that form our core basics of a yoga class.
