Fully-certified since 2012, I’ve been successfully coaching clients globally and throughout the U.K, facilitating their fitness journey, nutritional understanding and self-growth.
Personal training isn’t just about the time spent exercising, it’s about enjoying what you do and finding what works best for YOU.
Core activation, posture and weight loss are all areas I love to delve right into, our bodies change as we grow older and it’s not always just a case of eat less, move more.
I adore what I do for a living and feel so thankful to see every one of my clients become empowered, confident, fit and healthy individuals.
I became a qualified bodyweight movement specialist trainer in 2014 and went on to live and teach others the training modality of ZUU in places like China, America and Australia, with many fond memories and experiences. I am now enjoying being back home and setting roots for myself and my husband for our future.
We all have different stressors, hormones, emotional excess that we carry, consciously or unconsciously, and I work together with each of my lovely clients to work through an individualised training plan that works for THEM.
If you’re interested in those wild running events like Wolf Run, you’ll probably see me there as I am part of the Warm up team, getting you all ready to run and do other crazy obstacles!
