How does it work?

If you have decided that you want to commit to 1, 2 or 3 sessions weekly then our Pay Monthly sessions are perfect for you. You simply set up a standing order for the beginning of each month. There is no minimum sign-up period so you can stop sessions and payment at any time and if you want to reduce or increase session frequency at any point, you can. If you are away for a week or two then you can catch up on the sessions before you go or when you get back. This means a higher quantity of focused training over the year and great results for you! 

If you are frequently away then Pay as You Go may suit you better. This option means that you can just purchase a set of 6 or 12 sessions and use them as you like (no time limit). 

The great benefit of working with Free Spirit Fitness Culture is that you can include in your wellbeing package as much yoga, nutrition, personal training and massage as you need! We are aware that your needs may change on weekly basis so you can swap any sessions as you need to as long as you give us 24 hours notice. Feeling exhausted? Book more yoga! Struggling to eat well? Book a nutritional coaching session 🙂

You can choose to work with one particular trainer or experience more variety by working with the team. Some clients prefer to have regular time slots, others book their sessions when they are available on a month by month basis (handy if your working schedule changes regularly).
