Melt away stress and tension during a gorgeous evening of hip-opening yoga, meditation and nourishing breathwork in the beautiful candlelit surroundings of the Serenity Barn. We are lucky enough to also experience the musical delights of harpist Liz Perryman for the ultimate magical experience.
Take some time out just for you this festive season, this beautiful practice allows us to stretch the soft tissues – opening and energising the body. We will move together through postures that focus on releasing tension from the hips so that you can replenish from the inside out.
