Melt away stress and tension during a gorgeous evening of yin yoga, inspiring poetry and guided sleep meditation in the beautiful candlelit surroundings of the Serenity Barn. There will be the opportunity for teas, treats and an opportunity for you to connect with your fellow yogis after class 🙂
Take some time out just for you: this beautiful practice allows us to stretch the soft tissues – opening and rejuvenating the body as we nourish with what we need and let go of the things that no longer serve us. We will move together through postures that focus on releasing tension from the body so that you can replenish from the inside out.

Simple but effective yoga poses designed for deep tissue release and joint health.
Guided mindful meditation
Breathwork to help reduce stress hormones and cortisol in the body.
Yoga Nidra to end the practice with deep relaxation.
Tea and the opportunity to reflect on our practice together.
The evening has been designed to suit everyone, so whether you’re a complete novice or a seasoned practitioner, you’re guaranteed to get a lot from the session.
With a small and intimate group size, I’ll be there to give you all the support you need, so you leave feeling completely relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for the weeks ahead.
