Vinyasa and Power Yoga Teacher

 For me, yoga is so much more than just the movements; it’s the mind-body connection, the grounding philosophy and the sense of self that you can build through it. 

Having danced from a young age, I have always enjoyed creative movement. Practicing Yoga has allowed me to flow freely and express myself. I pursued my love of Yoga and qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2019.

As a teacher I have taught at lots of different yoga studios and gyms. At each location I have encouraged everyone to welcome a challenge, embrace the wobbles and listen to your body!

What I feel is most important throughout my classes is the time to reconnect with yourself. Each one is always tailored to the individual’s needs and offer a welcoming environment to learn through discussion and movement.

My classes can vary from intense power yoga focusing on building up your strength, meaningful vinyasa working on your mobility and balance or even a chat about different philosophies followed by a guided meditation. Whatever your level and goals I am here to support you in each and every session.
