What do you get for free?
A new 20 minute full body workout each week for 4 weeks.
How often do I need to do it?
If you aren’t a Free Spirit client, then try to do it three times a week with 2 hours of cardio exercise (walking, running, cycling, swimming or cardio gym classes).
What if I am already training with Free Spirit?
If you are currently having yoga or training with us, then see below what you need to do to take your training to the next level this January.
1 freespirit session per week: add 2 x 20 minute workouts plus 1.5 hours cardio.
2 freespirit sessions per week: add 1 x 20 minute workout and 1 hour cardio;
3 freespirit sessions per week: add 1 x 20 minute workout and 1/2 hour cardio.
What equipment do I need?
A mat, 2 x 3kg dumbells and a Swissball.
