What's the Process?
I will ask you to fill in a lifestyle questionnaire before the consultation to find out your goals, lifestyle habits, eating patterns and physical activity.
3 DAY FOOD DIARY
Along with the questionnaire I will also ask you to log your food for 3 days. This could be in written format, or using an app to privately share photos of your meals.
This is where I get to learn about you - your goals, lifestyle habits, eating patterns and physical activity. We will use this time to identify any barriers to change, and develop a plan that works within your lifestyle.
In our follow-up appointments we will review and develop your nutrition plan over a number of weeks in order to maintain good progress. Follow-up appointments are a great method of accountability and a way to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
