I have been Personal Training now for two years and enjoy working with a diverse range of clients both outside and in their own home.
For as long as I can remember, sport and fitness have always been a huge passion of mine. Until my late teens, I really struggled to build weight and a good, muscular physique. This was primarily because my diet was poor and I loved eating junk food! It’s only when you are eating a healthy diet, and working through exercise towards a goal that is important to you, that you really understand how it can transform your life. This was what lead me to following a career in Personal Training as I wanted the opportunity to help other people transform their lives.
When I think about how sport and fitness has changed and enriched my life, it ignites a fire in me to help people reach their goals.
I am privileged to be able to offer specialist sports training: this is because I have competed and participated in a variety of different sports to very high levels. These sports include: gymnastics, football, rugby, and competing as a muscle model. I love working with people in order to show them how they can truly achieve whatever they put their mind to. This all starts with leading a healthier and more active lifestyle!
