We offer home Personal Training in and around Leamington Spa and Warwick so you can make the most of the free time that you have. 
All Personal Training programmes are designed with your health & fitness goals in mind. We use a variety of equipment to twist, turn, bend, pull, press, and lift to strengthen and lengthen the muscles.

Fitness Programmes

Free Spirit Fitness Programmes are flexible. 
Your bespoke programme can include: Personal Training, however, we are also pleased to offer Yoga and Nutritional Advice.  You can mix and match your programme to meet your own health & fitness goals.


Home Workouts

Our Personal Training is tailored to you.  Home Workouts allow flexibility from the Gym.  Our Personal Trainers will challenge you with small, manageable bite-sized chunks so that you leave every workout feeling pleased with what you have achieved. It is important that your workout is an enjoyable part of your day and that we do what we need to do to ensure great results.

Efficient Training

Our Personal Training is efficient.  You get the most from the time and effort you put in. In your initial consultation we will discuss how frequently you will need to exercise, how many sessions you will need and how much time you will need to do independently. Our trainers will look after you in your Personal Training sessions plus the work you do between sessions too.
