Have you been thinking about giving yoga a try? If so then this six week course is the perfect starting point. Together, we will learn the basic breathing techniques and movements that help shape the future of your yoga practice.

In each 45 minute class, we will slowly go through the key postures focusing in detail on alignment and mind to body connection. The classes are small (maximum 6 people) so that I can offer as much support as possible. The Serenity barn is the perfect space to relax into your yoga journey. Register your interest asap to avoid disappointment 🙂

vinyasa flow Yoga

Happier, fitter and re-energised

Flow with ease through a variety of postures with Victoria, to focus the mind and release tension in your body. Through beautiful transitions and mindful breathing, we generate heat that radiates from the inside out.

We use this heat to stretch and open the body so that we can reset ourselves – re-energised and inspired. I will offer more advanced options for those wanting a more challenging practice. This class is suitable for all levels.
