There is nothing I love more than seeing clients flourish with my support, guidance and creative training methods. 

With a passion for sport, my coaching career started 5 years ago. At the time I was competing at a high level in mountain biking and racing all over the world, achieving two consecutive British National Champion titles. I was craving a change and decided to step back from all the adrenaline and focus more on coaching. mentoring and supporting others on their health and wellness journeys.

My training methods help restore the balance in your body so that you can maximise your movement performance, overcoming any challenges that you have.

In our training sessions, I offer targeted support to address any specific challenges you are having with your body or movements. Drawing from my experience, I’ve observed firsthand the transformative impact of improving these issues within your training program. I firmly believe that optimal performance arises from a body that is in sync and balanced. 

Consistency and fun are essential to any successful fitness journey! Consequently I ensure that all sessions build on work we have done together previously and that we have a laugh together whilst working hard. I make sure that every training session is geared towards propelling you closer to your fitness goals!
