 I believe fitness is about more than just physical strength—it’s about feeling confident, motivated, and looking after your mental well-being. Whether you’re working towards a specific goal or adjusting to life changes, I’m here to guide you through every step of the process.

I became a qualified Personal Trainer in 2018, initially teaching a variety of group fitness classes and working on the gym floor. Today, I work from my own private studio in Leamington Spa, supporting clients aged 11 to 71 years old on their individual fitness journeys. Each session is customized to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients, ensuring that every workout is effective and enjoyable.

My goal is always to make you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered throughout your fitness journey.

 Alongside the physical benefits of training, a core aspect of my approach is promoting positive mental health. Whether we’re having a conversation during a session, offering an empathetic ear, or adjusting our training plan based on how you’re feeling, my priority is ensuring your mental well-being is just as supported as your physical fitness. I believe that taking care of both is key to a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

In 2021, I earned my Pre and Postnatal Exercise qualification, which has allowed me to better support clients through pregnancy and the postnatal period. Following the experience of welcoming my own daughter in 2024, I am now more equipped than ever to help expecting or new parents navigate the changes in their bodies safely and effectively.
