New six-week SLOW FLOW Yoga Course starting in Leamington Spa at the end of October!
This six week yoga course is designed to create the space in which we can breathe into the changing energy of autumn. We will hold each posture for a minimum of eight breaths to allow for a deeper stretch and release. Each class will focus on qualities that facilitate your own evolution – keeping you positive and grounded as the leaves become golden and the air becomes frosty.
This course is perfect for beginners and for those of you wanting some extra nourishment and a bit of an energy boost!
Day/time: Wednesdays 7pm -8:15pm
Dates: 25th October – 29th November (6 weeks)
Venue: Pinx Gym, 13 Radford Road (both men and women are welcome as the gym is closed), CV31 1NF
Beginners welcome. Booking is essential as places are limited!
Please bring with you water and a yoga mat (if you have one), if not there will be spare that you can borrow 🙂 It is ideal if you layer up your clothing so you can adjust accordingly.

What is Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga?
Slow flow vinyasa yoga is essentially a number of yoga postures linked together in a flowing sequence that will vary every week. The postures will depend on what the theme of that week is. Typical vinyasa classes tend to hold postures for about 5 breaths, this slow flow series will hold poses anywhere from 8 breaths to several minutes. Holding a pose for longer can be more challenging but also more rewarding as the body releases tension fairly slowly. Psychologically, this style of yoga is great for mindfulness and lowering stress levels. There will be props that can support you throughout and modifications will always be offered!
