What does the course involve?
MORE CORE is a four week strength and conditioning program designed to strengthen you from the inside out. I have been a Personal Trainer for over a decade now and I have seen that focused body conditioning changes lives. It strengthens the body in the places weakened by modern lifestyle bringing the body back to balance. Convenient, effective and fun – what are you waiting for?
What is special about this course?
My unique system involves a fusion of yoga and specific strength exercises to activate under-active muscles and lengthen the ones responsible for niggles and poor posture. The ability of a training programme to make your body stronger and leaner at the same time comes from being selective about what your training involves and the flexibility work that you do along side it.
I spent years in the gym training for hours and still felt big. This powerful blend has been a game-changer for me. I only wish I had discovered it sooner!
Who is it suitable for?
It is suitable for all fitness levels and I have offered modifications throughout. I would not recommend it for people with wrist issues as there is quite a lot of floor work involved. If you aren’t sure whether this course will meet your needs then please do get in touch and I will advise you as to what might be best.

Making the time for fitness often causes people stress or they stress that they haven’t done what they wanted to do or didn’t make the class or PT session as planned. Sound too familiar?
A successful fitness programme for some people needs an amount of structure: Specific workouts that need to be completed in a certain order over a planned period of time; and also a degree of flexibility: you can decide when is the best time to get them done! If you miss a day then you can just catch up at the next opportunity 🙂
I have also included short meditation and yoga sessions to help keep you feeling calm, in control and also – a great option for days where you feel that working out would be too much for you.
