Here is my exercise of LAST week- sorry for the delay…Friday ran away with me! Do 10/15/20 each side for these depending on how hard you find them and how much time you have 🙂 Put them back to back with some Press ups on your toes/knees (sets of 10) and do 2/3 rounds! mmm…YEAH!
You can even do this one WHILST watching tv…multi-tasking madness 😀
