As I am away for the next couple of weeks and there have been a fair few newbies last month I thought it would be good to leave you all a beautiful swissball workout to have a play with alongside the other joys I have left you 🙂
All you need for this is a swissball and a mat. It shouldn’t take you longer than 20-25 minutes.
20-40 seconds on knees or toes (push yourself!) plank on swissball
15 x Press Up on ball
15 x Leg curls
15 x Bridges
Beginner: 1-2 sets Intermediate: 2-3 sets Advanced: 3+ sets
