This workout is great for energising you as the weight is light and the repetitions high. It focuses both on cardio intervals, leg and glute power whilst ensuring that the arms and core get a good blast too! It takes only 30 minutes and is designed to make you SWEAT 😀
When you are done, don’t forget to have some instant Whey Protein if possible and lots of water to rehydrate! For optimum benefit, do before your largest meal of the day 😀 I did it in my courtyard but you could pretend skip and do it indoors if you prefer.
NB: Kettlebell Work is only recommended if you have covered the kettlebell movements with me during training (incorrect technique can lead to injury). Guys who train regularly can use 16 or 24kg and ladies can use 6 or 8 kg if that is the size you normally train with.
